PENGARUH KERJA SAMA INTERNASIONAL DAN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KAPASITAS ORGANISASI BIRO HUMAS BPK

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge management terhadap kapasitas organisasi dengan kerja sama internasional sebagai variabel mediasi pada Biro Humas dan Kerja Sama Internasional Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi dan path analysis dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kerja sama internasional. Secara langsung, knowledge management juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kapasitas organisasi. Namun, ketika kerja sama internasional dimasukkan ke dalam model, pengaruh langsung tersebut menjadi tidak signifikan. Sementara itu, kerja sama internasional terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapasitas organisasi. Hasil uji Sobel menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama internasional berperan sebagai variabel mediasi penuh (full mediation) dalam hubungan antara knowledge management dan kapasitas organisasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengelolaan pengetahuan tidak secara otomatis meningkatkan kapasitas organisasi, tetapi perlu diimplementasikan melalui mekanisme kolaborasi internasional. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan kajian manajemen pengetahuan di sektor publik serta implikasi praktis bagi penguatan kapasitas organisasi melalui integrasi knowledge management dan kerja sama internasional secara strategis.
