MOTIVASI KERJA, KNOWLEDGE SHARING, DAN PROFESIONALISME TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI AKADEMI KEPERAWATAN JAKARTA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, knowledge sharing, dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai Akademi Keperawatan Jakarta. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada peran strategis institusi pendidikan keperawatan dalam mencetak tenaga kesehatan profesional, yang keberhasilannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research, melibatkan seluruh pegawai melalui teknik sensus. Instrumen berupa kuesioner skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur variabel motivasi kerja, knowledge sharing, profesionalisme, dan kinerja pegawai, dengan pengujian validitas melalui analisis faktor konfirmatori dan reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linier berganda serta pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, knowledge sharing, dan profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan profesionalisme sebagai faktor paling dominan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai memerlukan sinergi antara motivasi intrinsik, praktik berbagi pengetahuan, serta penerapan standar profesionalisme yang konsisten. Novelty penelitian terletak pada analisis simultan ketiga faktor tersebut dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi keperawatan, yang relatif jarang dikaji, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor pendidikan kesehatan.
